Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution: (1) Authorizing The City Administrator To Take All Steps Necessary To Apply For And Receive Reimbursement Of Expenses Under The Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Public Assistance Under The Non-Congregate Shelter Program For The Major Disaster Declaration Of California Severe Storms Commencing On December 27, 2022; And (2) Appropriating Up To One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand ($125,000) To Constitute The Required Local Match For FEMA Reimbursement And Up To Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) For Reimbursement Claiming Expenses; And (3) Authorizing The City Administrator To Allocate And Appropriate Up To Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) To Provide Emergency Non-Congregate Shelter For Displaced Residents Of The Coliseum Connections Project; And (4) Authorizing The City Administrator To Enter Into An Agreement Of Not More Than Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) With MGT To Provide Services Related To The Claimin | | |
