2) A Resolution Authorizing The City Admistrator, On Behalf Of The City Of Oakland, To Execute A Professional Services Agreement With YMCA For The Provision Of Quality Comprehensive Center-Based Early Care And Education Services For 40 Low-Income Families And Their Children, Birth - 3, In A 2009-2010 Ten-Month Amount Not To Exceed $193,000; And Contingent Upon Receipt Of Early Head Start Funding, Authorizing The City Administrator To Execute A One-Year Extension For An Additional Amount Not To Exceed $156,000, For A Two-Year Total Not To Exceed $349,000;
