A report and recommendation from the Director, Community & Economic Development Agency, for proposed resolutions (1) authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement between the City of Oakland, The Peralta Community College District and The Rotary Club of Oakland to establish a House Building Program Partnership in the amount of $200,000; and (2) authorizing the Redevelopment Agency to sell the agency-owned real property at 1433-1435 Myrtle Street and authorizing an allocation of $10,000 from the proceeds of the sale to the Peralta Community College District to enable Laney College to purchase construction tools and safety equipment
