A resolution authorizing the City Manager to: 1) enter into an agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric Company to accept and appropriate funds in the amount of up to $300,000 from the California Public Utilities Commission "Summer Initiative Program" to support energy efficiency design assistance to building projects in Oakland; 2) assign the funds for expenditure by Community & Economic Development Agency; and 3) solicit proposals and negotiate and award two professional services contracts for energy efficiency design assistance services, and independent monitoring and verification of the energy savings benefits achieved by the design improvements
