2) A Resolution, As Recommended By The City Planning Commission, Adopting The Central Estuary Area Plan, Amendments To The Estuary Policy Plan And Related Design Guidelines And Authorizing Planning Staff To Make (1) Minor Ongoing Revisions To The Adopted Design Guidelines For The Central Estuary Consistent With The Central Estuary Area Plan, Estuary Policy Plan And Oakland Planning Code But With Major Revisions To Be Made By The Planning Commission; And (2) Non-Substantive Technical Conforming Changes (Essentially Correction Of Typographical And Clerical Errors And Minor Clarifications) To The Central Estuary Area Plan Prior To Formal Publication Consistent With The Estuary Policy Plan And Oakland Planning Code Without Returning To The City Council Or City Planning Commission
