Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution Authorizing The City Administrator To 1) Enter Into A Five-Year Contract With Alameda County Fire Department For The Oakland Fire Department To Provide Emergency Services Within The City Of Emeryville Boundary For The Period July 1, 2012 Through June 30, 2017, For The Amount Of One Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred And Seven Dollars ($145,807) For The First Year, And For An Amount Of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars($170,000) By The Fifth Year Of The Agreement, With Two-One Year Options To Extend In The Amount Of The Service Cost, But Not To Exceed The Percentage As Stated In The Most Current Labor Agreement, And 2) Enter Into A One-Year Agreement With Alameda County Fire Department For The Period July 1, 2012 Through June 30, 2013 For The Oakland Fire Department To Provide Fire Dispatch Services For The City Of Emeryville For The Amount Of Seventy thousand Dollars ($70,000), Should Dispatch Services Be Required As Of July 1, 2012
