Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution: (1) Amending The Following Resolutions: (A) Resolution No. 90898 To Increase The Not To Exceed Amounts Of Contracts With The Homeless Services Providers And For The Amounts Identified In Table 1; (B) Resolution No. 91295 To Increase The Not To Exceed Amounts Of Contracts With The Homeless Services Providers And For The Amounts Identified In Table 2; And (C) Resolution No. 90358 To Increase The Not To Exceed Amount Of The Fiscal Year 2024-27 Contract With Youth Spirit Artworks By $413,265 For A Total Amount Not To Exceed $2,013,265; And
(2) Waiving The Local/Small Local Business Enterprise (L/SLBE) Requirement For Housing Consortium Of The East Bay, Roots Community Health Center, And Society Of St. Vincent De Paul Of Alameda County For Interim Shelter, And Lifelong Medical Care For Supportive Services; On The December 8, 2026 Life Enrichment Committee Agenda
