Subject: Contracts For Maintenance And Repair Of Emergency Response Vehicles

Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation;
1) A Resolution Authorizing: (1) A Three-Year Agreement With The Alameda County Fire Department For An Amount Not To Exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) Annually For The Period Of May 1, 2018 Through April 30, 2019 For Maintenance And Repair Of Fire Department Emergency Response Vehicles And Related Equipment; With Two One-Year Options To Extend For A Grand Total Amount Of Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00), Without Returning To Council, And (2) Waiving The Advertising, Competitive Bidding And Request For Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Q) Requirements; And
