Recommendation: Adopt A Resolution (1) Accepting And Appropriating A Grant From The Kaiser Permanente National Community Benefit Fund At The East Bay Community Foundation In The Amount Not To Exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) For The Period Of October 1, 2026, To September 30, 2028 To Stand Up A Workforce Development And Interim Housing Pilot Project; And (2) Authorizing The City Administrator To Accept And Appropriate Up To An Additional Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) In Philanthropic And Private Sector Funding For The Project
