The committee approved recommendations as amended to approve all recommendations except the waiver of Arizona policy (Resolution 82727 C.M.S.) which urges city departments from entering in to contracts with companies with headquarters in Arizona. The committee directed staff to return to the April 24, 2012 Public Works Committee with alternatives to waiving this restriction.
