Recommendation: Receive An Informational Report From The City Administrator On How Much Staff Time And Resources From The Following City Departments Are Dedicated To Providing Services Or Responding To Issues Associated With Oakland’s Homelessness Crisis: The City Administrator’s Office, Human Services Department, Housing And Community Development Department, Public Works Department, Fire Department, And Oakland Police Department; And Provide An Assessment Of How To Redirect Resources Towards Placing Chronically Unhoused Individuals In Supportive Housing
