| Engineers and the Coastal Commission? 4) What is the list of programs |
| referred to under National Programs and Federal Grants? 5) In regards to |
| the Radical Roving Recreation Program, the Oakland Youth Center and |
| the Lake Merritt Improvement Project, when was the funding requested, |
| who approved it and what department in working on the programs? 6) In |
| regards to the Transit Village Developments, it was our understanding that |
| no funds were available for these programs, is that correct or incorrect, |
| and if incorrect, what are the funding possibilities? 7) What does the |
| Water Resources Development Act mean? 8) Is the funding listed the only |
| amount the City has received from the Federal government for the Port? |
