programs to be used by departments to allow for more accurate tracking of the |
|
funded programs |

The Committee directed staff to meet with the City Attorney's office to establish |
|
a customer service component with incentives and penalties as part of the |
|
contract. The focus would be on senior services (i.e. being courteous, assistance |
|
with packages, wait time for transit and other items mentioned in the survey. |
|
Staff was also directed to establish a more specific survey regarding customer |
|
service to include questions addressing (i.e. being courteous, assistance with |
|
packages and wait time for transit). |
