- ways to recruit more people to assist with the operations at the truancy center |
- statistics on the success and non-success of the truancy center |
- information for a discussion on best practices and education offered at |
truancy centers at state and national levels |
- statistics the Student Attendants Review Team (SART) |
- suggestions for getting Community Officers involved in the truancy reduction |
campaign |
- data on the number truancy students picked up that are absent vs. sick |
- information on the number of (SART) cases that are not being addressed or |
have been dropped because of staff shortage |
- a list of the problems with the process and suggestions to resolve them |
- possibility of scheduling a extensive discussion regarding safety issues |
