Regulation And Revenue Ordinance" (Measure Z) And Providing The Terms And |

Responsibilities Of The Committee Members (05-0338) |

A motion was made by Member Nadel, seconded by Member Kernighan, |
|
that this matter be *Approve as Amended the Recommendation of Staff, |
|
and Forward to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment |
|
Agency / City Council, due back on June 21, 2005 as a Non-consent item. |
|

Committee meeting with a clear definition of the term “private”. |

that this matter be *Approve the Recommendation of Staff, and Forward |
|
to the Concurrent Meeting of the Oakland Redevelopment Agency / City |
|
Council, due back on June 21, 2005 as a Non-consent item. The motion |
|

recommendation and directed staff to return in the future with a report on the |
|
recidivism data and the program director to provide information on youth |

involvement in the development of the McCullum Youth program. |
