Mitigation And Healthy Homes Programs, And To Waive The City Of Oakland’s Local  
And Small Local Business Enterprise Program Requirements (L/SLBE), Local  
Employment And Oakland Apprenticeship Requirements, And Request For Proposal/  
Qualifications (RFP/Q) Competitive Process Requirements;  
(3) Upon Completion Of A Competitive Procurement Process, Enter Into One Or More  
Agreements In A Total Amount Not To Exceed $321,397 With One Or More Workforce  
Development Services Providers To Expand The Supply Of Workers And Firms
