Recommendation: Adopt The Following Pieces Of Legislation:
1) A Resolution Authorizing The City Administrator To Award A Construction Contract To Bay Line Cutting & Coring Inc. In An Amount Not To Exceed Three Million Three Hundred Thirty-One Thousand One Hundred Forty-Four Dollars ($3,331,144.00); Waiving The Five Percent (5%) Maximum Mobilization Requirement Per Section 9-3.4 Of The Project Specifications; And Adopting Appropriate California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings; And
