Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept and appropriate a maximum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in federal funds from the Department of Justice, United States Marshals Service to the Oakland Police Department for the overtime cost of six (6) police officers and one (1) sergeant assigned to High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) and Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (FAST) Projects for the period of May 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003
