A report from the Director, Community & Economic Development Agency, regarding affordable housing activities, and recommendation for the following proposed legislation, fourteen of which would authorize development loans in an aggregate amount not to exceed $18.1 million for affordable housing projects; three would amend terms of existing loans or loan commitments; and two would authorize an amendment to the loan and repayment contract between the City of Oakland and the Redevelopment Agency with respect to funding the Contract Compliance Division 3% fee of $380,400 for monitoring of City funded projects: (This Item was continued from March 6, 2001 City Council agenda)
