An Agency resolution authorizing the Agency Administrator to negotiate and execute a contract with Terence O'Hare Associates for an amount not to exceed $125,000 to provide contract planning services to assist the City with the oversight of the environmental review process for the Central City East Redevelopment Plan adoption, the West Oakland Redevelopment Plan adoption, and the MacArthur Transit Village Project and to reprogram land sale proceed funds from the Broadway/MacArthur/San Pablo Redevelopment Planning Account to the Central City East Redevelopment Planning Account ($35,000) and to the West Oakland Redevelopment Planning Account ($18,000) for the purposes of the contract
