A resolution authorizing a month-to-month extension of a professional services contract with Hinderliter, De Llamas and Associates (HdL) for tax auditing, consulting, economic analysis and data services in an amount not to exceed $2,875.00 per month in fixed costs, plus the percentages set forth in the contract for certain recovered taxes, for a one year period ending no later than March 31, 2004
