Recommendation: Adopt An Ordinance, As Recommended By The City Planning Commission: (1) Amending Title 17 Of The Oakland Municipal Code (The Planning Code), To (A) Expand The Pedestrian-Oriented Activities Permitted In Chapter 17.101C (D-BV Broadway Valdez District Commercial Zones); (B) Clarify The Affordability Thresholds In Chapter 17.95 (S-13 Affordable Housing Combining Zone); (C) Revise The Required Minimum Densities, Including To Align With Base Zoning Districts, And To Clarify The Definition Of Development Project, In Chapter 17.96 (S-14 Housing Sites Combining Zone); And (D) Permit Artisan Production Commercial Activities And Institute The Central District Entertainment Venue Permit In Chapter 17.101G (D-LM Lake Merritt Station Area District Zones); And (2) Amending The Planning Code To Incorporate Related Miscellaneous Changes To Chapters 17.95, 17.96, 1</description><pubDate>Wed, 27 Aug 2025 21:05:05 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
